is a general programme with the ambition of developing future managers and key personnel in Schibsted. Through different job placements, the trainee will gain insight into the main business areas in Schibsted and work with analytical, operative and editorial tasks. The trainee will gain a unique and broad experience, and it is particularly important that the trainee gains practical experience from the relevant company’s core business. Schibsted Sales Trainee Programme
is a specialised programme with a clear commercial focus and an ambition to develop future commercial managers and key persons in Schibsted. Through job placements the trainee will gain insight on Schibsted’s commercial areas of business. The trainee will acquire expertise and experience from a range of four different jobs in our sales operations, the core processes in media sales in addition to practical insight into and knowledge of how media and advertising agencies operate. Operational experience is especially emphasized in the placements.
