Who are we?

Who are you?

You are about to finish or have recently finished your master’s degree from a business school or university and you are now looking forward to testing your acquired skills in a relevant job.

You have experience from a student job, part time job, voluntary work or other relevant activities. In addition to your own Scandinavian language, you speak and write English fluently.

What can we offer? 
Our programme will give you an interesting and intense experience of 19 months’ on-the-job development. The programme is based on 4 periods of varying scope according to professional areas where you will meet and work with managers at different levels in our organisation. One of the periods includes working in another Nordic Country.
