To become an EITE trainee you must be ambitious, hardworking, energetic and responsible. You must have a desire to travel, experience different cultures and be adventurous. During the EITE. program you will face challenges, push your limits, improve your skills, assume responsibility and achieve strong results. The EITE education requires that you are between 19-25 years old. You should not have a higher level of education than high school (handelsskole/gymnasium). People with bachelor/graduate/master degrees will not be accepted into the program. It is an advantage to have international experience from travelling, working abroad, language schools etc.
