Bachelor or Master Degree (depending on position) in Engineering, Business Administration. Maximum two years since graduation.
Approximately 3 months of foreign work experience is included in the programme and some common graduate activities will be held abroad
International Graduate Program
Volvo Group International Graduate Programme offers a range of opportunities for professional and personal growth. The idea is to create networks that cross company and country boundaries and thereby allowing members of staff to learn from each other’s knowledge and experience. The purpose is also to give newly graduated co-workers a holistic view of the Volvo Group. Being employed as a graduate at Volvo Group equals getting a permanent full time contract with entry-level compensation at one of the participating Volvo companies.
The programme is running for 12 months and is a combination of common and individual graduate activities as well as day-to-day work/job rotation at the home department/company. During the year, the participants will also go on an internship abroad for approximately three months.
During the year, the participants will also meet at different locations in the world for common training sessions. Example of training sessions that will be included in the programme:

* Diversity
* Project Methodology
* Business understanding
* Presentation technique
