KA Trainee Program
Our two year Trainee program in designed to develop young graduates professionally and personally in a global automotive company. Graduates will be offered a challenging job, cross functional training and a personal development plan.
The Trainee program will provide graduates’ with valuable contacts and experience to increase the development of technical and professional skills, as well as business understanding. Participants are given a unique opportunity to build a career in Kongsberg Automotive.
